Multi-Systemic Therapist

*** $15,000 COMMITMENT BONUS!! *** Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a MST Therapist who is responsible for coordination of treatment for their assigned caseload .
Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) is an intensive family- and community-based treatment program that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact chronic and violent juvenile offenders -- their homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods and friends .
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in a human service related field with 3 years of experience working with children in a social service agency. Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology preferred. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time. Travel to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits as needed 5-10% of the time.
