About the Opportunity

Ellucian is seeking an enthusiastic communicator and video project manager to support our Communications team.
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Communications, this role will collaborate across the organization to help drive the successful execution of video and multi-media projects in support of communications initiatives, corporate events, branding, and employee engagement.
The right candidate for this position is a strategic project manager, master communicator, and skilled video professional.


Where you will make an impact Serve as project coordinator for all video projects at Ellucian. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to create content that resonates with key audiences and media and can be amplified via social. Partner with communications and marketing teams to ensure videos are aligned to brand and style guide. Manage and periodically update video style guide to reflect branding changes. Assist with all aspects of video production and development, pre-production, production and post, including writing, shooting, editing, motion graphics, selection of music, and editorial. In collaboration with Senior Communications Specialist, participate and assist in on-site film shoots, creative direction, and post-production editing for major company events. Ensure all projects are completed on time through managing, planning, communicating, and scheduling with key stakeholders. Enhance Ellucian's ability to rapidly produce content. Assist with all aspects of video production and development, pre-production, production and post, including writing, shooting, editing, motion graphics, selection of music, and editorial.
