Description Job Summary The main function of a Cook is to prepare all orders in a timely manner according to the recipe and maintain Quality and Freshness. Essential Job Functions Willing to talk directions from a supervisor or Lead Cook Keeping the Pass out window stocked with the proper level of items.
Accepting as a goal... Cook time = Ticket time for the Beer Stube orders Restocking the area as needed on your own.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the whole area you are responsible for Changing garbage can liners and take bags to waste building.
Running food to the Beer Stube if needed Maintain the highest safety standards and code compliance for guests and staff on a daily basis.
Other duties as requested by Manager, Senior Team, or VP/GM Qualifications Requirements Have an active food handler's card or have by the first day of work.
Able to work indoor or outdoors Able to lift 40lbs over your head Able to shovel snow Able to use computer correctly during high stress situations.
Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
Able to work well with others in a TEAM environment Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends which may include evenings.
Team player - be flexible and open to new ideas and changing priorities.
Other Skills/Abilities: Help in other departments as needed.
Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
Other duties as assigned.
Smiling Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
Address any issues as they occur or inform the appropriate dept manager.
Assist Guests.
