This position supports the US Music Business Partnerships team across key initiatives which help deliver against our business objectives, while also acting as a liaison with label partners and assisting in day-to-day partner relations. This role will bring with it a critical focus on external presentation management and development, along with supporting the team in scheduling and managing all partner visits, management of always-on weekly deliverables across playlists, marketing, and merchandising, maintenance of partner systems management, and internal documentation and reports.
External Presentation Management and DevelopmentThis role will be vital in supporting the team with the development and management of key deliverables for various external presentations such as:Keynote presentations – development, creation, and polishingUser guides, one-sheets, best practices documentationScheduling and Managing Partner VisitsOn-site playback support including scheduling, guest registration and escort, on-site needsAssist with scheduling of partner meetings and program briefingsAssist with scheduling and coordination of business reviews and general business meetings across the teamAssist with scheduling and coordination of internal senior leadership meetingsAsset Sourcing and ManagementThis role will support Music Business Partnerships in the sourcing, tracking, and delivering a number of key assets from partners for various promotions and business initiatives. Role is critical to aid in the management of these deliverables:
Bespoke editorial promotions across new release and catalog campaignsWeekly campaigns and featuringOff-platform social and marketing deliverablesIn-platform motion assetsPartner Systems ManagementHelps maintain user lists and access across various external systems and lists:
Manages partner onboarding and user access to current asset collection systemHelps maintain various distribution lists used by worldwide business teamsInternal DocumentationAssisting with various internal communications deployed by our team, including sourcing assets and building templates for various reports:Quarterly summaries and campaign performance reportsMonthly team reportsWeekly business updatesBespoke reports as neededDocumentation and meeting prep for leadership partner-facing meetingsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
