What You'll Do Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for skincare and beauty? If so, Dermalogica is looking for you! We are seeking an experienced National Account Education and Retail Lead to join our dynamic sales team and partner with our largest national account, ULTA. You will manage the retail and service business for Dermalogica within select ULTA & Sephora stores, working to achieve defined targets and be responsible for key doors in your home market. You will also support a broad mix of remote doors with consistent online initiatives and in-person activities. Our ideal candidate will reside centrally within the territory.
This position will cover a cluster of doors near Washington D.C. Metro Area and will support clusters of doors in other states.Must live in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from the airport.Key Responsibilities for Local Territory: Directly manage the Dermalogica business in approximately 20-55 local Ulta & Sephora stores.Elevate the skills of Retail Associates and licensed skin therapists through mentorship and consistent education.Engage with customers to amplify retail and service results.Design and execute VIP and Store Generated Events.Collaborate with fellow National Account Retail Managers and/or the Regional Manager to execute events Three Saturdays per month.Provide valuable training for the broader team as a Dermalogica product and service expert.Key Responsibilities for Remote Territory: Solely responsible for approximately 60 doors spread over a vast geography, with online and occasional in-person interactions.Annually embark on 6-8 multi-day trips to support strategic remote districts.Build relationships and develop educational tools.Strategize in-person action plans for select markets and execute them flawlessly.What You'll Bring Key Qualifications: Must live in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from the airport.Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.Esthetics license is required.Multi-door experience is strongly preferred.Successful retail sales and operations background in the skin care or beauty channel.Ability to work a flexible schedule based on market needs - typically Tues-Sat.Multi-state travel.Key Skills and Abilities: Forward-thinker and problem-solver."Roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, enjoys working alongside team members and training in-store staff.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.Professionalism and excellent problem-solving skills.Effective educator and adept at handling multiple tasks under pressure.Innovative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and revise plans as needed.What We Offer Competitive Compensation.Excellent bonus plan.Vehicle Reimbursement Program.Paid Time Off.Monthly Product Allowances.401(k) plus company matching.Fitness Reimbursement.Tuition Reimbursement.Life/Accident/Disability insurance.Wellness programs.Paid family leave.Domestic partner benefits.Education/training programs.Why Join Us?
