Role Overview:
As a National Account Operations Senior Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our National Accounts team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for both new cases and amendments. Working with various internal teams, you'll manage inventory, handle policy documents, and maintain strong client relationships. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and commitment to excellence will drive our success in meeting client demands and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal partners to meet client requirements and drive process improvements.
Provide training and support to team members, utilizing resources and technology effectively.
Participate in testing for product releases and regulatory updates when required.
Maintain understanding of specialized business protocols and contribute to process enhancements.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Group Insurance products and administrative processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in project management is preferred.
