We are looking for a well-organized assistant to acquire, assemble and coordinate detailed information regarding our
national account programs to be disseminated to the national account team and/or to our field sales organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Enters new opportunities and leads, maintains existing opportunities and leads, and cleans out old or outdated
opportunities and leads within the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for
the National Account sales team. Works in Excel to create and maintain lists of new and existing opportunities and leads, which the National
Account Sales team will use to conduct sales calls and seek new business. Coordinates with National Account team to determine construction schedule product needs, project timing,
CRM entry, and overall management of project timelines. Performs administrative tasks, such as project and quote maintenance, inventory review and reporting, project
progress monitoring and reporting, and scheduling of meetings. Identifies the timing and product quantity requirements of each project by a thorough review and understand of
client and internal communications. Verifies incoming data and information and completes internal analysis of information to suit the direction of a
project. Tracks, forecasts, and reports on project progress -- including metrics and challenges. Collects necessary information required to start projects, and coordinates internal communication to ensure a
successful start to new projects and client relationships. Reviews, creates and manages communication and documentation from construction reports for national
account project tracking. This will require contacting contractors, owners, and contacts pertaining to projects by
phone and/or email. Assists with the development of account strategy plans, and oversees their general execution. Assists with the response to "urgent" or "last minute" inventory needs, and smoothly coordinates client orders
to ensure timely project completion even under last-minute needs. Maintains project timeframes, objectives, and communications. Maintains an in-depth understand of company products and services and the Company's position in the
industry. Performs other tasks as required, as assigned by the National Account Team.
