National Account Sales Manager Position Overview: As the National Account Sales Manager at MLILY USA, you will be instrumental in driving growth and maximizing opportunities within key national accounts and other top-tier retailers. This position will also oversee MLILY USA OEM business, collaborating with existing and potential partners to expand our private-label market presence.
Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned national accounts and OEM partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Conduct regular business reviews with national accounts to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Lead and motivate a team of national outside sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales objectives. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in managing national accounts and driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of the mattress industry, including market trends, customer dynamics, and competitive landscape. Proven experience in managing, training, and motivating outside sales representative teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at the executive level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with national accounts and attend industry events.
