We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic salesperson to join our team as the first sales hire. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Account Management: You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, primarily third-party management companies in the multi-family and new construction sectors. Additionally, you will proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients across the country.Lead Generation and Conversion: This role involves managing both inbound and self-generated leads, converting opportunities into sales. You will need to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales in a competitive market.Travel: Travel will be required for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows (1-5 times per month). You will be expected to represent the company at industry events and forge new client relationships while deepening existing ones.Collaboration: You will work closely with the owner and other team members to align on sales strategies and objectives, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.Client Relations and Support: Although this is primarily a sales-focused role, you will also manage certain aspects of client accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and addressing any concerns or needs they may have.Market Expansion: As the company continues to grow, you will play an integral role in identifying and capitalizing on new markets, helping to expand the company's footprint and product offerings.
