National Sales Director - Stratus Building Solutions Services Group (SSG) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Director to join our team at SSG in a remote and national role. As the National Sales Director (NSD), you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team to drive revenue and expand our customer base in Recurring Account Sales, Unit Franchise Sales, and Special Service (one-time) Sales.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the CEODotted-line oversight and support of Regional Directors (RD), Outside Sales Reps (OSR), Office Managers (OM), and Franchise Business Consultants (FBC)Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goalsLead and motivate the sales teams to meet and exceed targetsSupport the recruitment of top sales talentAnalyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growthDesign/modify onboarding, training, and performance improvement plansProvide routine reporting to senior leadershipOffice visits and travel (expected 8-15 days/month)Leader of National Sales SummitHost of virtual Monthly Sales CollaborationOwner/Creator/Modifier of all physical and digital resources related to sales processRequirements: Proven track record of success in salesProven track record of success in sales leadership rolesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience with CRM systemsAbility to travel as neededPreferred Skills: HubSpotExperience in B2BAbility to manage large remote teamsCOMPENSATION: EXPECTED TOTAL COMPENSATION: $120,000 - $160,000 (though the ceiling is uncapped)Annual Bonus = $15k - $20k+Quarterly Bonus = $10k - $15k+Base Salary = $70k - $80k+Medical, Dental, Vision401k w/matchPTOMonthly Phone AllowanceAbout Us: SBS Services Group (SSG) is the largest Master Franchisee in Stratus Building Solutions network.
