National Sales Manager

Position Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Work from home available after training)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 (Bonus applicable after training)
Travel: 30-40%
Role Description:
The National Sales Manager will focus on building and managing relationships with medium-sized retailer accounts, such as General Merchandise, Sporting Goods, Wholesalers, and Grocery Retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by developing relationships with medium-size retail accounts in the assigned categories.Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.Actively travel to meet with clients and ensure successful communication and product distribution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs and overall business goals.Support product launches and promotional activities within the assigned region. Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in selling consumer products (primarily hard goods, excluding grocery or consumables) to these types of retailersStrong account management skills with a focus on growing retailer relationships.Must be located in the Phoenix, AZ area.Ability to work from home after training and when not required in-office.Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
