Role Overview:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key medical device manufacturers across the USA. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in capital equipment sales, particularly within the medical devices industry. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the USA.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with medical device manufacturers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver product demonstrations and support customer requirements.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Demonstrate a strong desire for sales, focusing on closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of capital equipment or machinery, preferably within the medical devices sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the medical device manufacturing process and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the USA.
Strong desire for sales and a passion for closing deals.
