Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated National Sales Manager for our wastewater product line.
This person will be responsible for driving sales of packaged pumping solutions and controls, as well as managing a nationwide network of independent equipment sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with sales representatives across the U.S.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for wastewater packaged pumping systems and controls.Provide technical sales support to representatives and clients, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.Travel 30-50% of the time to meet with representatives and clients, and to attend industry events and trade shows.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, etc.)
to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.Review contracts and purchase orders on terms & conditionsMaintain and establish strong relations with major vendorsQualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the wastewater or related industry.Proven experience managing a sales territory or preferably a network of sales representatives.Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
