**The Role**
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence in the US security market. You will be responsible for driving product adoption for our access control hardware solutions by building and managing relationships with key partners, integrators, and distributors.
* **Drive Sales Growth:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
* **Channel Development:** Build and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, integrators, and distributors across the US.
* **Technical Expertise:** Leverage your knowledge of access control and security software solutions to effectively position our products to the market.
* **Results-Oriented:** Be a self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, consistently exceeding goals and identifying new sales opportunities.

**The Ideal Candidate**
* 5+ years of successful sales experience in the security industry, preferably with a focus on access control solutions.
* Proven track record of building and managing strong partnerships.
* In-depth understanding of security software solutions and their applications.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong relationship builder.
* Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
* (Optional) East Coast or Texas location preferred.
