Chinese Speaking National Warehouse Director of Operations

to join our US headquarters in Los Angeles.

Job Duties:
Responsible for the management of all warehouse operations in the United States (currently 6 warehouses)
Oversee Warehouse General Managers across the country, manage performance, review and set annual goals for Warehouse General Managers in the US
Responsible for US warehouse performance and operational efficiency
Report closely to US headquarters and to China headquarters on performance of US warehouses Create production standards for teams, plan headcount needs based on labor cost and budget management.
Responsible for budget and review of regional monthly aging and various reports.
Plan the implementation and support of new/upgraded warehouse equipment and automation
Conduct facility audits and oversee the administration and supply necessary training thought region. Ensure continued training and cross training of all personnel within the region

Requirements:
Bilingual in Chinese and English
At least 10 years of managerial and operations experience in challenging warehouse environment.
At Least 5 years managing a logistics and supply chain distribution network and managing exempt employees.
Working knowledge in eCommerce Logistics or parcel delivery industry (UPS, FEDEX, USPS etc) strongly preferred
Working knowledge of small parcel sortation equipment and/or cross dock automation machinery strongly preferred
Proven ability to measure and perform against internal expectations, industry standards, WMS systems, equipment, and safety related programs
Experience with design and layout of distribution facilities and best-in-class operations.
Performed and or led continuous improvement projects in the area of Lean and/or Six Sigma.
Very strong analytical and communication skills
Willingness to travel
