The  Technical Library Analyst will support NAVSEA 05 in Washington, DC. The Technical Library Analyst will be responsible for cataloging and maintaining physical documents, collecting documents from various stakeholders and online databases, uploading documents to SharePoint, maintaining a digital repository for stakeholder use, and updating digital repositories as needed. They will interact with leadership and staff to ensure adequate resources are being stored, find where technical documents are located, and provide direction/documents upon request. They will need to utilize and maintain access to online databases/repositories regularly used by NAVSEA to pull technical data. Other facets of the job may include creating briefs, working with outside organizations, data analysis, and interfacing with military/civilian leadership.  This position sets out to establish a point of contact for all technical document related questions, comments, or concerns, in order to create a better use system for stakeholders.

Gain/Maintain Access to Various Repositories/Databases Provide Regular Updates to Leadership Collect and Maintain Latest Document Revisions Provide Search and Retrieval Assistance to Stakeholders Interact with Individuals Within and Outside of NAVSEA 05 Update Digital Resources as Necessary or as Requested Bachelor's degree or 2-4 Years relavant work experience Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Experience with Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams Strong Intrapersonal Skills Ability to Drive/Create Tasks Independently Problem Solving Skills Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Technical Writing Skills Detail-oriented and organized Degree in Library/Information Science/Administration Navy experience Experience with online repositories, databases Experience with Government Documents/Processes Records Management training or education and our wholly owned subsidiaries, , and tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position  is provided within the posting and  are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.  
USD $18.37 - USD $32.16 /Hr.
