Arcadis is seeking aNEPA Senior Plannerto lead environmental compliance for Design-Build/Innovative Delivery, as well as complex standard delivery contracts for our Infrastructure team in Georgia.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage the delivery of NEPA and Permitting efforts for challenging Design-Bid-Build projects as well as the fast-paced schedules for Design-Build delivery.
The position offers an environmental professional a unique opportunity to manage large contracts, be client facing while being responsible for internal and external project management duties.
Role accountabilities: Lead and manage multi-firm, multi-task, interdisciplinary team task orders and contracts for infrastructure projects. Lead and assist in the preparation of NEPA and Permitting documents for projects being delivered under a Design-Build Procurement Process. Develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, development of project plans and schedules. Lead and assist in the development of Pre-Let and Post Award Contracting Adherence to Arcadis' practices including quality and safety standards. Interpersonal and client facing responsibilities will include excellent, clear, and concise, oral, and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, resources, and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: 10+ years' experience in serving as a lead on Departments of Transportation projects. Experience in supervision of elements of complex projects Bachelor's degree in planning, policy, a biological or physical science, or economics Key Attributes: Proven success in delivering moderate to complex environmental projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must work well in a collaborative environment. Fluency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and related project planning or niche discipline used in NEPA analysis. Proficiency with ProjectWise, Primavera, Prezi, MS Access, and other software programs that provide value within the project management and planning contract contexts. Related experience for other departments of transportation.

The salary range for this position is $97000 - $146400.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
