Role: Captiva Subject Matter Expert
Location: Columbus OH - Hybrid 3 days Onsite (Tues, Thurs & Fri onsite)
Duration: 5-month HM Notes: The Team Needs a Lead Developer with CAPTIVA experience Captiva SME with .NET .NET + Java Shop Captiva built on .NET Supporting more apps around Java Java is a plus not mandatory. Self-motivated, led the team. 60% planning and development 30% administration Great communication skills, must speak in front of Business partners The resource will have time to ramp up Captiva is an OCR tool, that extracts information from documents. Role and Responsibility: Lead and coach a team of developers working on .NET and Captiva Must have: 10+ year .NET 5+ Captiva Technical Management (Team Lead) 2+ Deployment strategy CI/CD Nice to have/Plus: Java, SpringBoot, React Expert in Captiva and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects Multi-skilled with expertise across the software development lifecycle and toolset May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks Sought out as a coach for at least one technical skill Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security Stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence the application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches outside the firm, writes articles Regards, Tim Patten tim (at) pullskill (dot) com Pull Skill Technologies Inc.
