(XUnit, Mock) Good understanding over multi-threading Decent exposure towards CI CD process Understands agile principles.
Exposure towards onshore / offshore model Decent exposure towards automated unit testing Exposure towards the .Net Core would be a plus Has an ability to adopt over newer technologies.
