As the Network Administrator - Technical Alignment Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for all technical matters, ensuring that insights and recommendations from our Alignment Engineer are effectively implemented. You will serve as the liaison between the client organization and the technical team, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and tailored technical management.
\n What You'll DoOwns Client Technical Relationship: Serve as the main liaison between the client and our technical team to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration. Onsite Best Practice Assessments and Alignment: Conduct onsite assessments to align the client's technology stack with industry best practices based on audits performed by the Alignment Engineer. Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance. Understanding Client Departments, Assets, and Data Flows: Gain a deep understanding of the client's organizational structure, key assets, and data flows to tailor our services to their specific needs. Client Vendor Management: Represent the client in dealings with third-party vendors to secure the best terms and ensure services are delivered as promised. Network / Telecom / Technology Stack Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation and visualizations of the client's network architecture, telecommunications setup, and overall technology stack. What You NeedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in technical account management or a related role. Strong understanding of IT asset management, network architecture, and data flows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to conduct onsite assessments and align technology stacks with industry best practices. Experience in managing third-party vendors and negotiating terms.
