Auria is looking for a Network Engineer to support Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren and Dam Neck (DNA) divisions to address security of naval warfare systems. The NSWC Dahlgren and DNA divisions provide research, development, Test & Evaluation (T&E), analysis, systems engineering, integration, and certification of complex naval warfare systems. NSWCDD-DNA is located in a major fleet concentration area, which enables it to leverage its' unique laboratories and facilities for readiness and training systems. NSWCDD-DNA's work is focused on providing engineering, acquisition, logistical, and Cyber Security support to the Navy, Marine Corp, Special Warfare Coalition, and Joint Forces.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-100,000 annually with a significant annual retention bonus offered

This position is FUNDED and an IMMEDIATE start.

Responsibilities:
Technical planning and systems engineering support to ensure cyber compliance and the security posture with respect to availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation of critical system information.
Conduct day-to-day cybersecurity operations and maintenance of computer facilities and information technology (IT) resources including network support, server support, instructor and student support for hardware and policy development and enforcement.
Conduct Department of Defense (DoD) mandated cybersecurity scans and compliance checks on various networks/systems.
Defense Information System Agency (DISA) ACAS scans.
DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance checks.
Monitor event logs and conduct audits on the infrastructure equipment.
Review and/or produce white papers, decision option papers, trade studies, advance change study notices, initial requirement proposal, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), engineering change proposals (ECP), concept papers, requirements definitions, initial capability documents, systems engineering plans, baseline plans, program documentation and plans, integration plans, interface data definitions, technical questions resolutions, architectural design papers, traceability maps, Unified Modeling Language (UML) models, reports, meeting minutes, risk analysis, risk mitigation recommendations
Support integration, test activities and CASREP's with local travel, travel to Port, and remote assistance as requested.

Requirements: Secret clearance
IAT II certification
Shall have a minimum of two (2) years of Cybersecurity experience in Network Engineering.
Shall have demonstrated experience with performing STIG implementation.
Shall have demonstrated experience performing vulnerability assessments with the ACAS tool.
Shall have demonstrated experience configuring Cisco networking devices.
Shall have demonstrated experience utilizing packet analyzer tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump.
