Description We are looking for a senior Network Engineer with extensive experience with Fortinet, both designing and supporting its devices and networks, to join us. You will work with a team of network engineers and other IT professionals on a variety of environments.

This is a fully remote permanent position which requires excellent English communication and an accomplished career in network engineering. You will be supporting English-speaking customers in the UTC-7 time zone. Please apply with an English resume to be considered.

Responsibilities Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) Configure and install a range of network devices, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet Be the network team expert on Fortinet products Be the final level of support for network troubleshooting on internal and customer environments Mentor team members on technical issues, train current and future engineers Communicate with users as needed Create and maintain complete technical documentation Fully track time and document work done on internal and customer tickets and projects Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Perform other job-related duties as necessary You should be deeply familiar with: Fortinet and Cisco devices Switch/Router/Firewall configuration TCP/IP, Layer 2 (VLAN) and Layer 3 Wireless knowledge (802.11x) WAN NNI circuit Stack Ubiquity Requirements: 8+ years of network engineering and architectural experience with Fortinet, Cisco, and/or Palo Alto Certifications like CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, FCSS/NSE 7, FCX/NSE 8, or equivalent skill C1/C2 or bilingual English skills Experience with BGP in an MSP or data center environment preferred
