We - Netregie Sarl - a medium-sized company and IT consulting partner in the financial sector in Luxembourg, are looking for a new colleague for our customer, a German battery manufacturer; we are looking for a Network/Firewall Administrator (f/m/d) (CA-95720) from mid-October.

Administration and further development of the network infrastructureSetting up and operating the global firewall and VPN infrastructureTendering and planning of new lines and servicesMonitoring and documentation of the network infrastructurePlanning and implementation of international IT infrastructure projectsWhat your qualifications must be:
Many years of experience as a network/firewall administratorExperienced knowledge of common components in the LAN/WAN/WLAN environmentIn-depth knowledge of routing, switching, troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSEC, network security, network servicesGood knowledge of common network topologies and protocolsGood knowledge of the Cisco product range (IOS, Nexus, Catalyst, ISE, WIFI), Checkpoint (NG Firewall, VPN) and Kemp (Load Balancing & Reverse Proxy)First experience in project management (PRINCE2) desirableThe work is carried out exclusively in the client's office in Ellwangen, Germany. Language requirements: English and German, another language, would be an advantage.
