The RoleThe Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of projects involving the construction of OSP facilities, building, road moves, etc. Will create engineering of individual projects for relocations or new installation of fiber network working within fiscal guidelines for funding requests. Oversees the construction process from conceptualization to completion including the oversight of contractors, various trade workers, and project managers while staying within budget and delivering projects on timelines. Effectively monitors and manages engineering and construction quality and completion of work and resolves issues. Accurately reports on the progress of a project and updates databases as applicable, e.g. CDFS, Road moves, Maintenance, Damage Claim projects, and Business as Usual.

Location Based Pay Ranges: $74,070 - $98,760 in these states: CA
