The Network Project Manager will implement network projects that vary in complexity for all platforms [IP, Transmission, Voice, Satellite or VAS (Value Added Services)].
Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact, providing accurate and clearly communicated regular status updates on assigned network project implementations from the beginning to the end.Update all databases and tracking sheets in relation to assigned projects (i.e., InSight Circuit Logs and databases, ProvDB, Handover DOCs, and Project, Cisco Lease Tracking & Location Modules within IPSM) to ensure there is a documented history of the project implementations available in the project management shared drive.Create budget requests (BRs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) for equipment and services as needed for projects, in compliance with the current procurement process, on projects that vary in complexity.Issue SCNs (service commencement notices) for NNIs/ICIs/FPIs or project handover documents to PCCW Global NOCs upon completion of projects.Perform all duties in compliance with the approved company guidelines and policies.Improve personal knowledge of new and existing products and technologies and encourage the same of team members.Contribute constructive feedback during team meetings/calls when asked, or when you have suggestions that can help the team continuously improve.On-time reporting: Monthly Completed Projects report, Network labor allocation weekly reports, semi-annual NPM Assistant feedback forms, and any other reporting requested.This job description, although detailed, is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that will be required of the position.Desired Experience/Qualifications: 2 or more years of project management.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong mastery of the English language.PMI Certification & a solid understanding of PM Tools Methodology, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management.Understanding of ISO 9000 is a plus.Understanding of SAFe is a plus.Must be able to adapt to change.
