We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Market Area North America Regional Operations team.
This role is crucial for driving and supporting efficient and effective change and performance improvements.
The ideal candidate will focus on project planning, stakeholder management, and data analysis to enhance organizational efficiencies and performance.
What you will do: Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis for Senior Construction Managers, Field Managers, Site Acquisition Managers, and Area Operations Managers to identify trends, create reports, and offer actionable recommendations.
Change Identification: Identify, align, and prioritize areas for potential change based on customer and business needs.
Drive improvements across functions, processes, and value flows.
Quarterly Business Reviews: Support Quarterly Business Review reports by utilizing data and storytelling skills to effectively communicate performance outcomes.
Change Management: Apply change management frameworks to support and roll out process changes and improvements within the region.
Performance Reporting: Partner with Area Operations Managers to support cycle time reports and Closeout Package (COP) First Time Right (FTR) reporting.
Analyze performance, build data visualizations, and offer recommendations for improvement.
Project Management Support: Assist Senior Construction Managers with end-to-end project management, including project deliverables, financials, and deployment.
Use data to provide feedback on supplier performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Vendor Management: Aid in vendor onboarding and management, closely monitoring escalations and project utilization with the Area Operations Manager.
Crew Utilization: Collaborate with Senior Construction Managers and Field Managers to monitor crew utilization and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
You will bring: Education: A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to adapt to and respond to change effectively.
Strong skills in delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Proficiency in planning and organizing tasks and projects.
