The Department of Neurology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking applicants for a full-time neuro-oncologist to join our faculty. This position would be active in multi-disciplinary teams including neurology, medical oncology, neurosurgery, radiation oncology, neuropsychology, neuropathology, neuroradiology, and palliative medicine.
We are seeking Assistant, Associate, or Full Professors on the Clinical Health Sciences (CHS), Clinician Teacher (CT), or Tenure track. Candidates must hold a M.D., MD/PhD, or DO, be Board certified or board eligible in neurology and neuro-oncology, and/or have the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License. Clinical and research interest in primary and metastatic CNS tumors is required. Completion of an accredited fellowship training program in neuro-oncology is required. Clinical activities will involve attending duties on inpatient services at the University of Wisconsin and affiliated regional hospitals and clinics.
The Department of Neurology consists of almost 80 clinical and basic science faculty and 30 advanced practice providers. There is a diverse group of generalists and specialists that provides primary, secondary, and tertiary inpatient and outpatient care for Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
