Unlock your potential at Swedish Medical Center!Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Neuro Service Line Lead OR RN:You will provide for the daily operations and maintenance of the Neuro service line. You will be essential in coordinating services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers. You will collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient's plan-of-care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Your operational responsibilities include the coordination of staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets. You will be required to take call as needed by the department and completes other duties as assigned.Requirements:Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red CrossGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred. Previous experience with specialty service line coordination and development preferred. Swedish Medical Center is a national leader in the area of neurosciences.
