Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner Needed For Locum Tenens Coverage At Health System In Eastern North Carolina

A health system is seeking a neurocritical care nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. This position involves inpatient responsibilities only, where the provider will be expected to perform ICU-level care and respond to codes. There is no ER backup and no call required. The locums provider must hold ACLS and BLS certifications, and documentation will be managed through the integrated EMR system, EPIC. Required procedures include managing arterial lines, central lines, lumbar punctures, and ventilator management.
