Job Location: 2470 Daniells Bridge Rd, Ste 261 Athens, GA 30606
Job Duties: Provide neurology medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness/disease.Implement and follow the medical policies established by the President and Board of Trustees.Provide clinical leadership within the responsible patient care areas, quality resource management, and continuous quality improvement.Work with other members of the medical staff to provide support in implementing their requirements and establish effective relationships with the medical staff and residents.Provide leadership and guidance to medical students, residents, subspecialty fellows, and mid-level practitioners in the area of primary or specialty care.Oversee and provide guidance regarding the medical care provided by practitioners; does not make human resources or personnel decisions.Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Degree in Medicine, Osteopathy, or foreign equivalent.
