Children's Health is hiring *Neurophys - END Technologist* at our state-of-the-art medical facility in Plano, TX .
As a *Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Tech* , you will perform advanced neurodiagnostic procedures, including EEG and Long-Term Video EEG monitoring procedures in all settings (ACS, ED, critical care, neonatal ICU.
Neurodiagnostic procedures, including patient interaction, safety, and appropriate system settings, are tailored to the individual patient's needs, the reason for the referral, and medical history.
Competent technical recording of Neurodiagnostic procedures requires the technologist to exercise a significant degree of independent judgment, technical troubleshooting, and communication with all members of the healthcare team, patient and family.
* 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a
* Pay: $30.88-$47.87/hr

*END Technologist Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current Registry in EEG (R.EEG T.) by ABRET - Neurodiagnostic Credentialing Organization Upon Hire
* Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers as required by CP 1.20
* Life Support Course Requirements Upon Hire
*We prefer you should have:*
* Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Neurodiagnostic Technology education
* At least 3 years Previous experience as an EEG / evoked potential technician
* Current Registry in Evoked Potentials R.EP T.
* Current Certification or Eligible for Certification in Long Term EEG Monitoring (CLTM; ABRET)
* Current Registry or Registry eligible for in Nerve Conduction Study
* Current registry by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologist RPSGT
