Rutgers Neurosurgery serves northern New Jersey's Level I Trauma Center (University Hospital).
The hospital provides some of the most complex care in the area.
We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neurosurgeon with a sub-specialty interest in endovascular neurosurgery and/or spine surgery, including those with interests in MIS, pain and/or peripheral nerve, to join our established practice.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience: MD Degree and board-certified/board-eligible Neurosurgeon with a sub-specialty interest in endovascular neurosurgery and/or spine surgery, including those with interests in MIS, pain and/or peripheral nerve.Certifications/Licenses: Candidate must possess a valid NJ medical license, CDS, and DEA.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Candidate must demonstrate excellence as a clinician educator.OverviewThe Department of Neurosurgery houses the only allopathic Neurosurgery Residency Training Program in New Jersey and collaborates with an extensive array of health care providers across the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences units.
These well-qualified new faculty members will manage and build upon a thriving academic department at the Assistant/Associate, and/or Professor rank.
Rutgers has a residency program, a vast campus community, and clinical centers at New Jersey Medical School in Newark and at Cooperman Barnabas in Livingston.
Across our many campuses, there is a wealth of clinical material with basic and translational research opportunities along with educational avenues for training medical students and residents.
