Cross-selling to our existing customers with multiple products and solving multiple challenges for them New business with other departments, countries, and regions for global domination New business with new organizations from leads we have met at events, hunted, visited our website Our interdependent teams work together to have the right people doing the right productive tasks. We ensure meaningful contact with our customers quarterly, so Interprefy remains top of mind, and we are a company's first choice for their multi-lingual needs. We have a sales cycle, not a line, and are constantly looking at how we add value strategically to our customers for us to be in a mutually beneficial business relationship.This is an outbound sales role where proactive, cold calling and hunting are required. The role also involves the qualifying of inbound leads and moving these leads to a successful closed deal. The role requires the salesperson to build up a portfolio of customers and ensure growth within that customer as well as continued new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Promoting and selling Interprefy's services to Global and Corporate organisations into our target markets. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and objectives Lead generation to specified target accounts Following up and closing opportunities generated via marketing and Sales Development Reps Developing new relationships from scratch Taking a tailored and personalised approach to open doors with new and existing customers Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Generating offers and providing support of confirmed events to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Providing pre-event support: collection of the needed materials from an event organizer before an event Providing post-event support: collection of various materials for marketing purposes after an event Upselling existing customers Presenting a live demo of the Interprefy solutionAttending meetings with new customers face-to-face and online Liaising with other departments to secure a flawless service delivery Updating the CRM database and follow-up of prospects after the events Using the CRM as a tool to maximise growth opportunities such as org charts Using tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo Carrying out live demonstrations of our technology to potential customers and answering any questions.
