We're looking for a Business Development Director focusing on growth and corporate-stage companies to join our team.
Who you are: You have 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or new business within a creative agency and a strong track record of closing new business in the agency sector. You have a successful track record of navigating RFP processes for established brands. You can run competitive pitches, effectively lead internal teams, and interact with client leadership. You can effectively articulate the power of strong branding and advertising as core drivers of business success. You'll discerningly evaluate potential business opportunities and constantly identify new growth streams for Red Antler. You have relationships with search consultants and procurement leads and understand what is required to successfully position an agency for these audiences.You have a collaborative and independent spirit, with the entrepreneurial drive to run with projects and client relationships. You are committed to developing relationships that are built on trust.You will establish a pipeline framework to manage inbound referrals, identify the best opportunities, and strategize outbound efforts to promote Red Antler in the proper channels.You will independently develop proposals and usher them through discussions, negotiation, and commitment.You will collaborate closely across disciplines to develop an understanding of the types of projects that excite the team and what aligns best with our agency capabilities.
