Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Minneapolis, MN Employment Type: Full-Time Duration: Full School Year Onsite Only - Will VBD Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 1:1 homebound services for children aged birth to 3 years old. This full-time position involves traveling between seven school districts in the Minneapolis area, delivering essential speech and language support to our youngest learners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for homebound children. Provide direct therapy services in the home environment. Collaborate with families and educational teams to support each child's communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Travel between designated school districts to meet with students and families. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Current Minnesota SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred). Experience working with children, particularly in homebound or early intervention settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied schedule.
