• Directs Patient Care Technicians and delegates tasks to all direct patient care staff• Assesses daily patient care needs and develops appropriate patient care assignments• Provides ongoing education to patients regarding their renal disease and dialysis therapy• Implements treatment prescriptions and makes appropriate adjustments to the treatment plan• Ensures all relevant data including physician orders and treatment parameters are documented appropriately
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing• 0-1 year's related experience
