Direct Support Professionals assist individuals in our program to live meaningful lives and to be active participants in our community. Program participants have a wide range of abilities that require encouragement to succeed at activities of daily living.  Job Duties/Responsibilities as a Direct Support Professional: · Professional demeanor. · Willingness to adapt to change. · Effective communication. · Implement support plans for individuals. · Assist individuals to actively participate in social, recreational, and educational activities. · Assist with personal care (hygiene, dressing & toileting).
