Job Description
This position will support the IT leadership organization and will be responsible for performing administrative tasks including some project management activities.
The position requires an individual who possesses initiative, judgment and a broad knowledge of the Company organization, policies, practices, and procedures.
Specifically, this position will:
Manage calendars for the IT leadership team which includes meeting preparation, creating agendas, etc.
Prepare and processes various forms and reports such as time sheets, expense reports, authorizations for payment, purchase requisitions, vacation schedules, vehicle reports, etc.
Prepare reports, gathers material for inclusion in reports, presentations, or special assignments.
Insures that data is complete and in proper format.
Prepare and reviews documentation for budgets and forecasts from source documents.
Gather information required for IT projects, creating files and ensuring information is on the company's network.
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all people.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters.
Demonstrated ability/willingness to take initiative and ability to make sound judgement.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, handle confidential and sensitive matters and follow through on assignments.
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma with specialization in business courses or the equivalent.
Experience:
Four (4) of related administrative experience. **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
