Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required. Part-Time Occupational Therapist Location: Elmont, NY Position: Occupational Therapist Employment Dates: ASAP - End of School Year Hours: Part-Time (16-18 hours/week; 8:05 AM - 2:25 PM) Current Schedule: 16 session hours weekly (may increase based on mandates) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Elmont, NY. This part-time position will focus on providing occupational therapy services to students with special needs, including those requiring ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) support. Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services in a school setting. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Current New York state licensure. Experience in Special Education and ABA preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
