The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants.
Individuals applying for the role must have worked for their local Operator for at least six months prior to applying.
If accepted into FTS position, you can work at a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. Training Events each year, staying up to three weeks at each event.

Assignment Description:
Serve on New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training team.
Primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House(FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH) and/or Prep.
This assignment is open to FTS1 and FTS2 candidates.
The compensation for this position is $20 per hour (FTS1) or $22 per hour (FTS2), plus a daily per diem.
