Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) - Convenient hours plus Government Holidays!

We have various opportunities in the greater Dallas area. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Bilingual in any of the following languages is a must: Swahili, Somali, Kinyarwanda, Amharic, Tigrinya, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Farsi, French, Burmese, Karen, or Rohingya

Key Responsibilities:


Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement patient care plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other staff.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and preferences are considered.

Skills and Qualifications:


Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty.
Clinical experience in a healthcare setting; specialty experience may be preferred.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills; compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Includes standing, walking, lifting patients, and performing medical procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:


Stay current with nursing practices, technologies, and healthcare regulations through ongoing education and training.
Work collaboratively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
