This is an exciting opportunity to work with students and help them develop their communication skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success. Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals. Qualifications: For SLPs: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Illinois state licensure. For SLPAs: Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders or a related field, and state certification. Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
