We seek a talented and creative Newsletter Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will create, manage, and optimize our email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive business growth.
Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter management.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.Proficiency with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:Develop engaging and relevant content for newsletters that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.Collaborate with the content team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and a seamless user experience.Segment subscriber lists based on various criteria to target specific audiences with personalized content.Design and Layout:Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and responsive email templates that enhance the overall user experience.Optimize email layouts for various devices and email clients to ensure maximum accessibility.A/B Testing:Implement A/B testing strategies to analyze and optimize subject lines, content, and design elements for improved engagement and conversion rates.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.List Management:Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.Implement strategies to grow and retain the subscriber base.
