You'll be working your magic on a seasonal basis at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel in Bar Harbor, Maine. This position is 32 hours per week with shifts primarily from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and weekends. The starting wage is $20 per hour.

Here are some more details: Essential Duties Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.Welcome and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails.Perform light cleaning duties and ensure the lobby and other common areas are tidy.Conduct security checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff.Prepare and set up breakfast service for early risers.Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills Required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Comfortable with basic accounting tasks and using hotel management software (training provided).Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and schedules. Education and Experience Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or night audit roles is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
