Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Duties include front desk and night audit tasks as well as processing a few loads of laundry each night.Responsibilities:Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requiredMake sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stayReconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit processDelegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as requiredProcess 2-4 loads of laundry each eveningQualifications:Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are requiredExperience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not requiredSome college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is requiredRequires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hoursProficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desiredAbout Company:The Lodge on Lake Oconee is a small, 80-room lakefront boutique hotel located in Eatonton, GA.
