We are seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Manager to oversee operational activities at our facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe working environment, acting as a subject matter expert, and collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing processes.
Additionally, the Manufacturing Manager will be involved in training staff, managing deviations and change controls, and providing input for operational readiness and technical transfer activities.
Skills and Qualifications: Direct interaction with regulatory agencies Leadership of organizational change, staff hiring and training Experience of biological manufacturing operations - Fermentation, Purification, Drug Product Filling and Freezing processes Ability to work inter-departmentally and potentially with customers
