Stay abreast of industry trends and benefit offerings by actively participating in workshops and continuing education programs.
Provide unparalleled customer service to members, promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues with professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively articulate benefit plans to members.
A growth mindset and dedication to self-improvement to remain updated on industry knowledge and sales techniques.
Ability to work remotely, equipped with a laptop, smartphone, and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
