We are now recruiting No7 Advisor for our Stamford store. We are looking for candidates to join us from September onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers' needs. Your basic hours will be 19 hours per week and your days of work will be Sunday to Saturday. Exact shift patterns are below:
Available shift patterns: Week one: Monday - 9:30-16:30, Tuesday - 9:30-16:30, Saturday - 9:30-16:30Week two: Sunday - 9:30-16:30, Thursday - 9:30-16:30, Friday - 9:30-16:30The salary for this role is £24,245.10 - £26,884.69 depending on location for full-time hours. For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rata. No 7 Advisor is an exciting role helping customers and advising them about their skincare and beauty needs.
About the role You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Build great relationships with customers and colleaguesProvide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup, and beauty products.Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our No7 offers and in-store promotionsComplete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environmentEnsure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No 7 skincare and beauty productsWhat you'll need to have We are looking for people who:
