The Mid-Mile Driver drives the truck from Avenel to NYC. Once the truck is unloaded at the assigned locations, the truck heads back to Avenel, NJ.WHAT YOU WILL DO AT DUTCHX:DutchX is looking for Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers with knowledge of New York and New Jersey to transport packages with timeliness and professionalism.Here is a sampling of some of the responsibilities:Responsible for safe, inter-state transport of pre-loaded client merchandiseUnloading client merchandise at work siteCompleting safety inspections at start of shiftsEnsuring packages are delivered on-time and safelyClearly and effectively communicating with clients and teamThrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to meet the operating needs of the companyOTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU:Physical requirements:Ability to drive for extended periods of timeAbility to push, pull, turn, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50Ibs in weight to the appropriate destination within a scheduled timeAbility to adhere to established safety guidelinesMust be 21 years of age or older1-2 years of box truck driving experience (required)Valid drivers licenseMedical DOT card required or ability to obtain itHigh School or equivalent degree (preferred)DutchX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
