***New graduates welcome!*** Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our esteemed cardiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with cardiovascular diseases using non-invasive techniques. This role focuses on patient care, preventive cardiology, and non-invasive diagnostic testing, ensuring the highest standards of cardiovascular health.
Responsibilities: Expertise in noninvasive cardiology including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular noninvasive studies, and trans and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).50% Hospital and 50% outpatient clinic.Practice Setting: Outpatient Cardiology clinic and EKG, hospital inpatient rounding, reading non-invasive cardiovascular studies, performing TEE and the ability to read vascular studies.Daily census for inpatient rounding is: 15-20.The procedures expected to be performed include TEE and electrical cardioversion. The number of cases per week is about 4 to 6.Perform TEE's during Watchman procedures and electrical cardioversions.Ability to teach Medical Students.Required Qualifications: BC/BE in non-invasive cardiology.MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiology.Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania.Preferred Qualifications: Board Certification in ECHO and Nuclear Cardiology is a plus.Experience with non-invasive cardiology.Benefits: Competitive compensation package.Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.Retirement savings plan with employer automatic contribution and employer match.Malpractice insurance.Generous paid time-off allowance.Retention Bonus.CME time and money.Department: Health Science
